What we collect
We collect only what you hand us or what the site needs to function.
- Information you submit in a form or in a chat with our AI consultant: name, email, phone, business name, website, and whatever you tell us about your project.
- Basic analytics about how pages are used, such as page views, referring site, device type, and approximate region.
- Technical request data your browser sends, including IP address and user agent, kept for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Submissions are used to reply to you, prepare a quote, and manage the project if you hire us. Analytics are used to understand which pages help and which don't. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Our AI consultant stores your conversation so we can pick up where you left off and so a human can follow up with context. Treat it like an email to us: don't paste passwords or sensitive personal data.
Who processes it
We use third-party providers to host the site, store data, send email, and run the AI consultant. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Project inquiries are kept while we're in contact and for a reasonable period afterward so we can pick a conversation back up. Analytics are retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Cookies
The site uses functional storage to keep the interface working — for example, remembering that you've already seen the consultant intro. Analytics may set a cookie to distinguish visits. You can clear or block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Your choices
Email santiago@deadsetlabs.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you asked us a question and changed your mind, tell us and the record goes away.

This site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16.
