Using this site

This site is informational. Prices shown are starting points for typical scopes, not offers. Nothing here creates a contract until we've both agreed to a written proposal.

02

How engagements work

Every project starts with a written scope that lists deliverables, timeline, and price. Work begins after a deposit. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately before we do them.

Timelines assume you get us content, feedback, and access when we ask. If that stalls, the timeline moves with it.

03

Payment

Fixed-scope projects are billed as a deposit up front with the balance due at launch unless the proposal says otherwise. Monthly retainers are billed in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Invoices are due on receipt.

04

What you own

When your invoice is paid in full, you own your brand assets, your site's design and content, and your domain. We hand over the accounts and files. We do not hold your site hostage, and we don't lock work to a proprietary platform you can't leave.

We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio and to reuse our own underlying tooling, components, and methods on other projects.

05

Your responsibilities

You confirm you have the rights to any logos, photos, copy, or data you give us. You're responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business, including pricing, licensing, and guarantees we publish on your behalf.

06

What we don't promise

We build for search and AI visibility using current, legitimate practice. We do not control Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or any other platform, and nobody can guarantee a ranking, an AI citation, or a specific volume of leads. What we guarantee is the work: the structure, the schema, the technical foundation, and honest reporting on what moved.

07

Third-party services

Projects often depend on services we don't run — hosting, analytics, email, payment processors, AI providers. Their outages, pricing, and terms are outside our control, and their fees are yours unless the proposal says we cover them.

08

Liability

Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost revenue or lost data.

09

Ending an engagement

Either side can end a project in writing. You pay for work completed to that point, and we hand over what's finished.
